Payment Deadline

If payment is not received within 14 days of the order being placed, the order will be automatically canceled.

Merchandise Shipment

Due to unexpected events such as production delays, inventory problems, poor travel conditions, system trouble etc., delivery may be unavoidably delayed. Please note carefully that in such cases we cannot assume responsibility for any damage to customers or third parties.

 

Quality assurance

We take responsibility for replacing all goods received in a defective or damaged state, on condition of us receiving notice within 7 days after the arrival of such defective or damaged goods at the delivery address.

In the unusual case of goods being received in a defective or damaged state, please email us with a detailed description of the defect or damage within 7 days of the delivery of the product. We will immediately arrange for delivery of a new, non-defective replacement. In the case of wrongly delivered goods, please email us the correct product description and the product name within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
